PNG Maritime Women Gain Skills to Drive Industry Change
Nine executive members of the Papua New Guinea Women in Maritime Association have completed a leadership training program focused on governance and advocacy. Supported by Australia and the PNG Institute of Directors, the initiative enhances decision-making and risk management skills, empowering women to increase their representation in the maritime sector.
