TUI Cruises has drastically cut crew numbers on the Mein Schiff 4 and Mein Schiff 5, now docked in Abu Dhabi and Doha. Currently, only 59 of 900 crew members remain on the Mein Schiff 4, which has been inactive since late February, focusing on essential operations. Both ships aim to resume service on May 1, 2026.
