Dali Ship Operators Settle Dispute with Maryland After Key Bridge Accident

Maryland has reached a preliminary settlement with the owners of the containership Dali concerning the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse. Attorney General Anthony G. Brown announced the agreement, which addresses claims by multiple state agencies. However, liabilities related to the shipbuilder remain unresolved, leaving crucial aspects of the case open.

Maryland to Enhance Chesapeake Bay Bridge Safety Against Ship Strike

The Maryland Transportation Authority recently completed a study on the survivability of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge in the event of a ship strike.
