Electric Passenger Ferry with Advanced Propulsion Launched in Estonia
Steerprop has been selected to supply its advanced contra-rotating propeller technology for Estonia’s first fully electric passenger ferry, currently under construction at CRIST SA shipyard in Poland. The 95-meter vessel, designed for the Estonian State Fleet, will feature two SP 25 CRP units with permanent magnet motors, enhancing efficiency and thrust.
