Eight Tugboat Crew Arrested Over Alleged Illegal Fuel Sale Off Tuas
On August 13, the Singapore Police Force arrested eight men, aged 25 to 54, for their involvement in an illegal marine gas oil transaction aboard a tugboat. Officers from the Police Coast Guard discovered the crew misappropriating oil valued at approximately $10,570, intending to sell it for personal profit. Charges are forthcoming.
