Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Chairman of the Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC), recently inaugurated the new headquarters of the Corporation in Dubai Maritime City. This state-of-the-art facility, designed to symbolize progress and PCFC’s vision to enhance Dubai’s status as a global business hub, can accommodate over 1,500 employees and serves more than 300 clients and visitors daily. It also includes a standalone parking structure with over 700 spaces.
During the inauguration ceremony, attended by key figures such as Nasser Al Neyadi, CEO of PCFC, and Dr Abdullah Busenad, Director-General of Dubai Customs, Sultan Bin Sulayem emphasized the significance of the new headquarters. He highlighted the building’s innovative and sustainable design, which prioritizes energy efficiency, environmental quality, and employee well-being while enhancing service efficiency for clients. The headquarters, located at Mina Rashid, one of Dubai’s historic ports, adheres to gold-level LEED standards for sustainable buildings.
Nasser Al Neyadi, CEO of the Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation, expressed his confidence that the new headquarters will pave the way for further achievements that strengthen the Corporation’s local and global position. He underscored the alignment of this initiative with the Corporation’s vision for digital transformation and corporate excellence, emphasizing the extensive efforts put into completing the project on time.
