AIDAnova Cruise Ship Rescues Four from Burning Fishing Vessel
On October 18, passengers aboard the cruise ship AIDAnova witnessed a dramatic rescue as a fishing boat burned in the Skagerrak strait. Norway’s Southern rescue force deployed a helicopter, while the AIDAnova’s crew launched a fast boat to assist. Four individuals were safely rescued and unharmed, continuing their journey to Norway.
