Latin America Sets Course for Regional Maritime Cooperation
Directors and Heads of Maritime Administrations from Latin America convened in Guatemala City for the First Joint Meeting (DAMLA 1) from July 27 to 29. The meeting resulted in a unified regional agenda, the establishment of an IMO Regional Presence Office, and a workshop on gender-responsive leadership, enhancing future maritime cooperation.
