Now, the company has acquired ATIVA NÁUTICA, Brazil’s leading lifejacket manufacturer, marking a significant milestone in its global growth strategy. Founded in 1998 by Marta Lara and Roberto Sampaio, ATIVA began as a small operation and has since grown to employ 200 people, with Julia Ramalho continuing to uphold the company’s values within LALIZAS.
