In a tragic incident, a Qatari citizen lost his life due to injuries caused by shrapnel linked to military operations in the vicinity. Additionally, an Arab resident aboard the vessel sustained injuries and has since been hospitalized in stable condition.
The Ministry of Interior expressed its condolences to the family of the deceased, offering prayers for his mercy and wishing a speedy recovery for the injured party.
