7 Filipino Seafarers Safely Rescued Following Iranian Drone Attack

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) has confirmed that seven Filipino seafarers were injured following an Iranian drone attack on the Maltese-flagged container ship CMA CGM San Antonio. According to DMW Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac, the crew members survived the attack but required medical attention.

Four of the seafarers sustained minor injuries, while the condition of the remaining three is stable and being closely monitored. Cacdac emphasized that officials from the Philippine Embassy and the labor attaché are actively overseeing the situation of the injured Filipinos and have been in contact with hospital authorities.
