Attention Seafarers: Participate in the RWMU-OUIS Work-Life Balance Survey
The World Maritime University (WMU) invites all seafarers currently or previously employed on commercial ships since 2013 to take part in a survey focused on work-related issues, psychological well-being, and career aspirations. This initiative is conducted in collaboration with the Officers’ Unions of International Seamen (OUIS).
The survey aims to gather valuable insights that can lead to enhancements within the maritime community. It is designed to be completed in approximately 15 minutes, and all responses will be kept anonymous.
Seafarers are encouraged to share the survey link within their networks. The deadline for participation is June 30, 2025.
