RobotPlusPlus showcased its innovative cargo hold cleaning robot, the HighMate C20, at Sea Asia 2025 in Singapore. This robot is specifically designed to streamline maritime cleaning, blasting, and painting tasks, making cargo hold cleaning more efficient and safer. It can cover up to 95% of the hold’s surface, reducing the need for manual cleaning at heights and minimizing risks for workers.
Debuting at SMM 2024, the HighMate C20 boasts advanced driving controls and a flexible design that allows it to navigate confined spaces with precision. It can operate even with a closed cargo-hold hatch, eliminating the need for cherry picking. The user-friendly design of the robot enables seafarers to learn its basic functions in under 10 minutes, enhancing its usability and efficiency.
In addition to the HighMate C20, RobotPlusPlus offers other models like the HighMate AP Series Multi-Function Robot for blasting and coating tasks. This robot features a compact, multi-functional swing arm designed for steel surfaces and is up to four times more efficient than manual labor. It is certified to meet international safety standards for use in explosive atmospheres. The company also offers the HighMate S10R Coating Robot for steel and the HighMate V45 Hydroblasting Robot for autonomously preparing surfaces, providing a comprehensive solution for maritime cleaning and maintenance tasks.
