New Maintenance-Free Gyrocompass with CVG Technology Launched

New Product: Anschütz's New Gyrocompass

Anschütz is set to unveil its new-generation gyrocompass, the Standard 100 MF, at the SMM exhibition. This innovative system utilizes proven vibrating gyro technology derived from existing Hemispherical Resonator Gyroscope (HRG) systems, such as the Standard 30 MF. The Standard 100 MF is designed to enhance the performance of commercial fleets by offering a maintenance-free solution based on Coriolis Vibratory Gyro (CVG) technology.

Targeted at the commercial maritime sector, the Standard 100 MF promises robust heading performance, ensuring long-term stability and durability without the need for regular maintenance. Its design facilitates easy integration into both newbuild and retrofit projects, using the same CAN bus as the Standard 22 NX and Standard 30 MF. This compatibility allows for seamless incorporation into existing gyrocompass systems with minimal installation effort.
