This collaboration seeks to address the industry’s demands during the energy transition and to expedite the creation of vessels and maritime systems that are more energy-efficient, digital, and competitive.

The agreement, formalized at the ONS exhibition in Stavanger, Norway, marks the beginning of a long-term alliance between two prominent organizations committed to fostering a sustainable, digital, and competitive maritime sector. This partnership is poised to leverage their combined expertise to drive significant advancements in the industry.

Key focus areas of the agreement include ship design, maritime energy and control systems, shipbuilding, outfitting, and commissioning, as well as the development of cranes, gangways, launch and recovery systems, and deck machinery. Additionally, the implementation of artificial intelligence in vessel data management will be a priority, highlighting the commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology into maritime operations.
