Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited (GRSE), a prominent public sector unit under the Ministry of Defence, has reported its financial results for the fiscal year 2026, ending March 31. GRSE achieved a revenue of ₹7,002 crore, reflecting a remarkable 38% growth over the previous fiscal year. Additionally, the company’s profit after tax (PAT) surged by 42%, reaching ₹748 crore.
Cmde PR Hari, IN (Retd), Chairman and Managing Director of GRSE, highlighted that FY26 is a significant year for the company, showcasing impressive financial outcomes driven by robust operational performance. He noted that GRSE delivered eight warships during the year, averaging one ship every six weeks—an achievement that underscores the company’s production capabilities.
Looking ahead, GRSE aims to sustain this momentum by enhancing its capabilities, adopting new technologies, and pursuing strategic business diversification. The company is committed to maintaining its growth trajectory in the coming years.
